By Shobhit Nanda – Melbourne: After the successful India vs Pak game a week before at the Adelaide oval, Indian fans have once more turned out in numbers for the second Indian game against South Africa in the ICC world cup 2015 at the home of the cricket in Australia – the MCG.
With close to 80000 people expected to attend this blockbuster Pool B match, India has won the toss and decided to bat. The match itself may turn out to be a thriller given India has found their first victory of their Australian tour convincingly defeating the Pakistani team by 76 runs in their first game. Virat Kholi also found his form with a century in that game. South Africa will come in as the favourites given they have a killer batting lineup led by AB De Villiers and lethal bowling led by Dale Steyn.
By winning the toss and batting first India will have the best of the conditions as it is sticky 30+ degree celsius day in Melbourne. Batting first and putting up a decent first innings score will be the way to put pressure on an excellent South African batting side.
