Melbourne: On the eve of the Indian Foreign Minister S. M. Krishna’s visit here tomorrow, the Victorian police have charged a number of Indian students of various offences relating to the June rally against attacks on Indian students. The number of students charged is not known nor the charges against them are known. The report is unconfirmed.
