Melbourne: India’s Human Resource Development Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal and Australian Foreign Minister Mr. Stephen Smith on Tuesday (6 April) held talks in Perth on enhancing educational links between the two countries.
Mr. Sibal, who is on a five-day visit to Australia, will continue the talks when he meets Australian Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard in Melbourne later this week, reports The Hindu.
