Jodi McKay & Ravneet Pawha to lead AIBC as National Chair & Vice Chair

MELBOURNE, 8 September 2022: The Australia India Business Council (AIBC) has announced the election of Jodi McKay as the National Chair of the AIBC and Ravneet Pawha as the National Vice Chair of the AIBC.

Both Jodi and Ravneet were elected unopposed in the absence of any other candidate seeking to nominate for election to these positions, says an AIBC media release emailed to the South Asia Times.

Others in the new AIBC leadership include Ashok Mysore as the Chair of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Digital Chapter and Irfan Malik as the new NSW AIBC President.

Jodi McKay said, “Ravneet and I lead the AIBC at a crucial time in the bilateral relationship. We are excited about the opportunities for Australia and the role of AIBC as the voice for business and an advocate for strengthening economic, social, and cultural ties.”

“I look forward to working with Jodi in strengthening AIBC’s role as a platform for leaders of businesses in both countries to transform and influence decisions that promote mutual awareness and understanding that makes it easier for Australian businesses to operate in India and vice versa,” Ravneet Pawha said.
