Rajwinder Singh accused of Toyah murder faces court

QUEENSLAND: Rajvinder Singh, 38, accused of murdering Toyah Cordingley, remanded to custody after video link appearance at the Crains Magistrate Court on Friday morning (March 3, 2023). Prosecution has been asked to produce evidence by August 14, 2023. The case will come up for hearing on April 28, 2023. Toyah’s body was found on beach north of Crains in October 2018. The accused was recently extradited from India, where he escaped after the alleged murder.
