Indian student found dead in Melbourne

Melbourne, 01 January 2013: An Indian student from Delhi was found dead here today. His corpse was found by his home mates in bed. The deceased student Anish Bhatia, 30 was on a bridging visa and was working in the Safeway store. He was said to have suffered from sleep apnoea as well as being a large male. No crime or suspicious cause of death was reported, according to Acting Inspector Damien Christensen.

The Indian Consulate here is in touch with the student’s family, says Mr. Kawara of the Indian Consulate. Arrangements for his body to be flown to India are being made, according to a reliable source.
