MELBOURNE, 11 June, 2026: The prestigious ‘Bharat Gaurav Awards 2026’ were given to six Victorians and 17 others at a glittering ceremony in the Queens Hall, Parliament of Victoria, Melbourne, today in the presence of a select gathering including MPs and prominent influencers.
Sarv Brahmin Mahasabha Association Australia ,Praveen Sharma, Sanjay Sharma ,Kaushalya Vaghela, former MP ,Ratan Virk,and former Mayor Pradeep Tiwari got the awards from Victoria. The others who were awarded were for India and other countries.

The Queens Hall was decorated and office bearers of the awards committee and office bearers were present for the Bharat Gaurav Awards 2026.
Organised by the Sanskriti Yuva Sanstha, the awards have been celebrating excellence and inspiring leadership across the world for over a decade.
The 2026 ceremony marks the 13th edition of the awards. Previous editions have been hosted at globally renowned venues including the British Parliament in London, the French Senate in Paris, the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and Dubai.
This year, distinguished achievers and community leaders from 18 countries came together here to celebrate excellence, cultural values, and the achievements of the Indian diaspora worldwide.
The Bharat Gaurav Awards are regarded as important for the global Indian community, recognising exceptional individuals whose contributions have created a meaningful impact in the fields of business, healthcare, education, arts, culture, entrepreneurship, public service, social impact, and community leadership.
Labour MPs and others who addressed at function were Steve Dimopoulos MP, Minister for Environment, Victoria, Meng Hean Tak MP, Mahant Narreshpuri, President, Mehandipur Balaji Trust, Vivienne (Viv) Nguyen, Chairperson VMC, and Rakesh K. Shukla, Chief Advisor, Maha Kumbh. Neeraj Nanda & Siddarth Maitrak, South Asia Times, among others were present.
