
MELBOURNE, 6 March, 2026: The Astha Nepali Hindu Society, Nepalese Diaspora organisation, once again pledged to establish a Pashupatinath temple a spiritual hub for all faith , a place of beacon of peace , spiritual transformation, practicing Eastern philosophy tradition for peace and well being in Australia. A four days spiritual sermon event concluded with Kalash Yatra, at the Menzis Avenue, Dandenong North, with the participation of community members from across Victoria.
Two Sanskrit scholars from Nepal Pandit Kuber Subedi and Mukand Sharma recited religious sermons and performed prayers for the success of the mission to have a Pashupatinath Temple, a reflection of the main temple in Nepal.
Participating people came in colourful traditional dresses and man wore the traditional Nepalese cap. On a video shared on Facebook the guests from Nepal, Pandit Kuber Subedi and Pandit Mukunda Sharma Humaigain, earlier invited the faithfull to be a part of the event.
