MELBOURNE, 7 February, 2026 : Business leaders from across Victoria today met at the city’s Rendezvous Hotel, as a prelude to the ‘Top 100 Multicultural Business Leaders Networking’ evening aimed at connecting, collaborating, and growing in an exclusive business-like ambience. There were no dearth of making new friends and talking business experiences. The top will be chosen from the cream of leaders who run successful businesses.
The brain behind the event of annual selection of top business people, Kavita Chabra, was there to encourage and give details of the upcoming process that will see many business leaders making it to the top of the ladder. She explained how multicultural communities have contributed massively to the thriving businesses with able leadership embedded in hard work and commitment.
The exciting news was her announcement that the awards will expand to include Malaysia and Dubai in August and September. And, that young business enterpuners will be encouraged to move ahead. Celebrating and growing together, was what Kavita envisaged.
Hemi Hossain, Clean Path Finance, sponsor of the event, gave an inspiring presentation as to how his path towards running 11 companies came about when he faced tough times but with loans from friends did a course to learn every aspect of doing business. This he said, was how he started business and became successful. Hemi explained how he can now guide a successful plan for such an outcome.
Councillor Jasmine said, business networking aimed to support each other and she was there to support all those present. She gave the example of Wyandam which had thousands of businesses many of them from multicultural communities.
The event was a massively successful networking experience for local business leaders. It made them exchange views, business ideas, and talk upcoming business opportunities.
