‘Sam Bahadur’ (Hindi with English sub-titles) directed by Meghna Gulzar, is releasing across Australia on December 1, 2023 in more than 60 cinema halls in Victoria, NSW, WA, Queensland, SA, Tasmania, NT, and ACT.
The movie is a biopic based on the life of Sam Manekshaw who was the Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, and the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal.
Vicky Kaushal plays the role of Sam and Fatima Sana Shaikh plays the role of former PM Indira Gandhi.
