India is non-Western, not anti-Western:Dr. S. Jaishankar (Watch video)

Mr. Walter Russell Mead, Ravenel B. Curry III Distinguished Fellow, Hudson Institute, Washington DC, United States, was in conversation with Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs, India on 29 September, 2023. The topic – India’s role in a New Pacific order. A Q-A session followed the discussion.

Dr. S. Jaishankar, making the opening remarks touched the rise of China, supply chain issue, trust & transparency…, re-globalisation instead of globalisation & the a safer world being the challenge.

In the conversation and Q-A , the Indian Foreign Minister said, India is non-Western, not anti-Western. And, talked about the India- Russia-China scenario, India-US working together, economy and technology, the issue of the treatment of minorities in India, the Canada-India spat, G-20, Middle East and India’s neighbours.
