SYDNEY, 8 December 2023: Fox Cricket has assembled global Cricket legends to join their commentary team ahead of a massive summer of Cricket. The international legends joining the Fox Cricket team this summer include Wasim Akram, Ravi Shastri, Isa Guha, Harsha Bhogle, Brian Lara, Michael Vaughan and Ian Smith.
This is in addition to our home-grown heroes such as Adam Gilchrist, Brett Lee, Mark Waugh, Mel Jones, Mike Hussey, Kerry O’Keeffe and more who will continue to inform and entertain audiences on Foxtel and Kayo Sports.
This is in addition to current players and transitioning experts David Warner, Usman Khawaja and Alyssa Healy. The Fox Cricket commentary team heads to Perth next week for the West Test kicking off the three-match series against Pakistan.
Former Pakistan cricket captain and now Fox Cricket commentator Wasim Akram said, “Having been a part of the 1992 Pakistan winning World Cup team, this series brings up a lot of emotion and great memories for me. Under new leadership, the Pakistan team will need to be in form to win, the Australian team are coming into this Test off the back of their incredible World Cup win.’’
