JACOBS CREEK, September 11, 2022: Former Australian cricket captain, Michael Clarke, was joined by cricket fans, locals and wine lovers at Jacob’s Creek on Sunday as the ICC Men’s T20 Trophy Tour, driven by Nissan, stopped in the iconic Barossa Valley in South Australia.

A partner of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup that kicks off next month on 16 October, Jacob’s Creek welcomed the T20 World Cup trophy to its cellar door, where it also unveiled a pop-up cricket installation, which will take over the ground until the T20 finals in November.

Inspired by the vines, the cricket installation is a fun, family-friendly pitch that incorporates Jacob’s Creek barrels and old vines. The installation will be open for all visitors to enjoy a hit on until the end of November.

Earlier, Australian batter, Travis Head, raised the prized silverware in the old heritage scoreboard and on the Adelaide Oval Roof Climb, while former ICC Cricket World Cup winner, Jason Gillespie, also joined fans on the hallowed turf. Free-to-use pictures are available to media here.
