Mohd. Mubasheeruddin Jamal : Rising Cricket star in the West

MELBOURNE, 29 February 2024: Rising star of Melbourne’s western region Mohammed Mubasheeruddin Jamal has crossed 3000 career runs. During the season Mubasheeruddin also finished as the highest wicket taker representing WRJCA in VMCU (Victorian Metropolitan Cricket Union) U/14 Russell Allen Rep cricket competition, taking 9 wickets for 75 runs bowling 27 overs with an average of 7.78 in 6 matches.

In the 23/24 season Mubasheeruddin scored 776 runs with an average of 35.27 while remaining Not Out on 12 occasions. In WRJCA U/15A competition playing for the Truganina Cricket Club top order batsman Mubasheeruddin scored 320 runs in 10 matches with an average of 64.00.

Mubasheeruddin who bats left handed and bowls with right hand, took 33 wickets at an average of 20.15. Mubasheeruddin with his sharp right arm Off-Spin troubled all the batsman he bowled and most of his wickets were top order batsman. 13 of his wickets coming in his first season playing seniors for YARRAVILLE CC in Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association turf competition.

Mubasheeruddin who started playing seniors at the age of 13 is now developing as fine all-rounder contributing with both bat and ball.
