MELBOURNE, 13 January 2023: The Gurdwara Siri Guru Nanak Darbar, Officer and Sri Guru Singh Sabha – Craigieburn Gurudwara have in separate posts on Facebook, strongly condemned the acts of graffiti and defacing of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (Temple) in Mill Park on the evening of 11 January 2023.
It its statement the Sikh Temple, Officer management has extended love and prayers to BAPS and commended their work in the community. The Sikh Temple, Craigieburn has urged the Victoria Police to probe the incident and take prompt action on the perpetrators. They said, “We wish every member of BAPS community peace, harmony and goodwill”
