AYUSH Information Cell inaugurated in Melbourne

MELBOURNE,13 February: The AYUSH information Cell was inaugurated by India’s High Commissioner, Dr. Ajay M Gondane, today morning in the presence of Indian Counsel, Mr. Rakesh Malhotra, and others.

In his speech, Dr. Santosh Yadav, Ayurvedic practitioner and President of the Australian Association of Ayurveda
spoke on the behalf of the AYUSH Information cell and the Australasian Association of Ayurveda, explaining the concept and its importance. “This is the 30th cell of its type in the world”, he said.

The aim of the cell is to organize lectures, seminars on Ayurveda and related systems. It will also facilitate Ayurveda bodies and organize the International Ayurveda and Yoga Days.

A large number of Ayurveda practitioners and community members attended the event.
