MELBOURNE, 22 November 2021: If you are a dental graduate from India and want to work as a dentist in Australia your dream can become a reality. First, you have to clear the Australian Dental Council’s (ADC) two-day theoretical examination (qualifying test) from Bangalore or Mumbai. Those who pass this have to then pass the two-day practical examination and after that are registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to be able to practise dentistry in Australia.

The Institute of Health & Management (IHM) in Melbourne has established a state-of-the-art training facility to provide practical training to all dentists who have passed the qualifying test and are preparing to sit for the Australian Dental Association’s two-day practical examination. At this facility, all students will have the opportunity to enrol in a four-week practical exam preparation course.
