MELBOURNE, 3 March, 2025: South Asian theatre lovers are in for a feast in 2025. Khelaiya Productions, is geared up for it’s two global stories for the stage. ’No One Killed Mrs. Wadia’ – A Hindi play adapted from Agatha Christie’s classic tale and ‘Manka Bapu’ – the annual Hindi musical play, inspired by Shakespeare’s Macbeth will be experimented with live creativity giving impetus to performing arts.
‘Theatre’ as a performing art with live actors on stage or space originates from the Greek word theatron, which means a place of seeing. The rapport between a live actor and the audience can lead to an exceptional experience, seldom felt in other forms of storytelling. If you have seen previous productions (Devdas, Na Hanyate, Umrao Jaan Ada) by Khelaiya Productions, no doubt, once again you will feel elated. This time the global upcoming plays could add new feathers in the cap of Khelaiya Productions.
